Auto-ordering
Orders come from numbers, not a hunch
Yetar knows each product’s sales rate, stock on hand and delivery lead time. By morning the list is ready: what, from whom, how much. You review and approve.
“yetar” — Uzbek for “enough”
Yetar is replenishment and inventory software for grocery stores. It reads sales from 1C and your POS, works out how much of every product you need, and sends a ready-made order to each supplier on Telegram. Shelves stay full. Cash stops sleeping in the stockroom.
Works with 1C, Billz, Regos and ePos — nothing to re-enter
The problem
A shopper comes in, the product is gone — they walk to the store next door. The product is there, the shopper isn’t — your cash sits in a box while the expiry date gets closer.
Both have the same cause: orders are placed by eye and memory, not by numbers.
Those are world averages. Do you know your own number?
THE INVISIBLE RECEIPT
The till never prints it. You pay it every month.
TOTALrecorded nowhere
Thank you. See you next month.
Enough stock. Enough cash. Enough guessing.
“Yetar” is an Uzbek word meaning both “that will be enough” and “enough already!”.
The answer
Yetar is an ordering and inventory platform for grocery stores, minimarkets and supermarkets in Uzbekistan. It automatically pulls sales, stock and goods-received data from the store’s 1C database or POS software (Billz, Regos, ePos), calculates every day how much of each product to order, and sends the ready-made order to the supplier via Telegram.
Yetar also includes stock counts and goods receiving with a phone camera, a supplier payment calendar, a cash journal and a daily “Today” dashboard for the owner. Count and receiving results flow back into 1C as draft documents — the accountant doesn’t retype anything, just reviews and posts.
Features
Seven tools, one system. All of them talk to each other.
Auto-ordering
Yetar knows each product’s sales rate, stock on hand and delivery lead time. By morning the list is ready: what, from whom, how much. You review and approve.
Suppliers
Each supplier gets their own order on Telegram, with a PDF. No more phone calls, voice notes or “I didn’t catch that”.
Stock counts
The phone camera is the scanner. Staff walk the aisle, scan the barcode, enter the quantity. No expensive handheld terminal, and the result lands in 1C as a draft.
Two-way 1C sync
Staff receive deliveries by scanning them on a phone. A draft goods-received note appears in 1C — the accountant reviews and posts it. Yetar never touches posted documents.
Payment calendar
Supplier debts and due dates live in a calendar. A forgotten payment never comes back as a surprise phone call.
Cash journal & “Today”
Today’s sales, cash, debts and everything waiting for your decision — on one screen. It’s also where the cashier closes the daily till.
AI assistant
Stop hunting for reports. Type the question in plain words — the assistant finds the answer in your own store’s data.
Names and figures on the screens are sample data.
How it works
Three steps. We do the first, Yetar does the second, the third is your call.
We plug into your 1C or POS software. Products, sales and stock arrive on their own — no manual re-entry.
Every day a fresh order recommendation is built from sales and stock — separately for each supplier.
Review it, adjust if needed, send. The decision is yours; the arithmetic is Yetar’s.
The difference
| Task | Without Yetar | With Yetar |
|---|---|---|
| Ordering | By eye and memory, hours every day | A ready list calculated from sales and stock |
| Suppliers | Phone calls, voice notes, a notebook | PDF order on Telegram, history kept |
| Stock count | Paper or pricey terminals, store closed | Phone camera, section by section, sales keep going |
| Receiving | Delivery note typed into 1C later by hand | Received on a phone, draft created in 1C automatically |
| Debts & payments | Notebook, Excel, memory | Payment calendar: who, when, how much |
| The owner | Not in the store — knows nothing | The “Today” dashboard, always on the phone |
Who it’s for
Even away from the store you see today’s sales, cash and debts. The decision is yours; the arithmetic is Yetar’s.
The list is ready by morning. Your day goes to prices and assortment, not phone calls.
Receiving and counting happen on the phone. No paper, no retyping, no “who wrote this down?”.
The daily till in one place: takings, payouts, variance. The shift closes calmly.
A ready draft lands in 1C. You don’t type — you review and post.
Integrations
Yetar does not replace 1C. It works on top of 1C and your POS: it reads, calculates and hands back a finished document.
FAQ
Yetar is an ordering and inventory platform for grocery stores and supermarkets in Uzbekistan. It takes sales and stock from 1C or your POS software, calculates the order every day and sends it to the supplier via Telegram. Phone-based stock counts, a payment calendar and a cash journal are part of the same system.
Stores that sell food: neighbourhood shops, minimarkets, supermarkets and chains with several branches. Today Yetar is built specifically for grocery retail in Uzbekistan.
No. 1C stays your accounting and bookkeeping system. Yetar works on top of it: it reads sales, stock and receipts from 1C, calculates orders, and writes stock-count and receiving results back to 1C as unposted drafts. Yetar never touches posted documents.
1C:Enterprise 8.3, Billz, Regos and ePos. Communication with suppliers runs through Telegram. Without an integration, products and sales can be imported from an Excel file.
Yetar takes each product’s average daily sales and multiplies it by the delivery lead time plus safety-stock days to get the stock level you need. If the shelf holds less, the difference goes on the order list. A person makes the final call: you see the list, edit it and approve.
No. An ordinary smartphone is enough: the camera reads the barcode and staff enter the quantity. When the count is done, the result lands in 1C as a draft stock-count document.
No. Telegram is all a supplier needs: the order arrives as a message with a PDF file.
Each store’s data is separated from every other store at the database level. Staff see only the sections their role allows, and connections are encrypted. Yetar writes only drafts to 1C — posting a document stays with your accountant.
